Dans le cadre des Journées européennes du patrimoine

À travers une sélection d’ouvrages anciens et d’objets, découvrez le patrimoine gastronomique schilikois. Si la ville est connue pour ses brasseries, elle fut aussi un haut lieu de la production de foie gras incarné par Auguste Michel, fabricant et mécène.

Les ouvrages exposés, dont le Manuel des Amphitryons et la Physiologie du goût de Brillat-Savarin, témoignent de l’émergence de la gastronomie comme art de vivre au XIXe siècle.
